About Aryll
Aryll’s passion lies in both people and technology. While he graduated with a Bachelor in Information Technology & Management (Hons.) from the Open University of Malaysia, this has also driven him to equip himself with Learning Facilitation (Professional Learning Facilitator), Coaching (SOIF Coach) , Online Facilitation (Virtual LearnCaster) and Team Building (Team Up!) accreditations. This wide range of skills has allowed him to serve as an internal learning facilitator for the International Islamic University Malaysia for various programs related to ICT, Customer Experience, Team Building, Presentation Skills, Leadership and Motivation since 2010 to date.
He has also delivered various motivational and performance development programs for more than 400 new preschool teachers and administrators for KEMAS, as well as 150 of their middle and senior officers at the state and national level.
He previously conducted a high-impact team building session for the President and Executive Board Members of Universiti Kuala Lumpur to rave reviews. This has led him to deliver several sessions of instructor skills courses for their lecturers.
